Hemp oil is a great addition to any massage! It helps with pain relief and helps to reduce inflammation. The oil is applied to specific areas where there is pain present, as well as, to the bottoms of the feet and along the spine for thorough absorption. Contrary to popular belief, hemp oil does not contain THC and is a safe alternative.

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
